credentials).
- Seller Data: KYC information, business registration documents, bank details.
- Usage Data: Browsing history, likes, engagement, preferences for feed personalization.
- Logistics Data: Shipping address, order details shared with Shiprocket or logistics partners.

How We Use Data

- To enable account creation, sign-in, and order processing.
- To process secure payments through Razorpay.
- To facilitate shipping, returns, and exchanges through Shiprocket.
- To personalise consumer feeds and improve recommendations.
- To communicate order updates, promotions, or service changes.

- With Razorpay for payment processing.
- With Shiprocket and logistics partners for delivery and returns.

- Lore is available only to users aged 12 and above.
- Users aged 12–17 must use Lore with parental/guardian consent.

promptly delete it.

- Data is stored securely on Lore’s servers with industry-standard encryption.
- Sensitive financial details are handled exclusively by Razorpay.
- Lore cannot guarantee 100% security but takes reasonable measures to protect user data.

- Account data is retained while accounts are active.
- Transactional data is retained as per Indian tax and compliance laws.
